When I got to Chopta Village, I was reading Alfred Stieglitz's book on equilibrium, and I related to his ideas, which can lean towards philosophy in this day and age. Rather than focusing solely on the external appearance of objects, the work has the potential to convey pure emotion, reflecting the artist’s inner feelings. For the first time in my life, I chose 35mm color film to make this unsubjective story. In this work, visual art can possess emotional depth similar to music, transcending representational boundaries. These images depict personal expression on a societal scale, where individuals aspire to achieve various goals but often feel lost in a state of uncertainty.
